I might have my stock UCA's in my garage. They are in good shape, I'll take a look this weekend and let ya know.

Gotcha no worries. He's closer so that would probably be easier, assuming no shipping involved lol. Glad that'll work out. Not many look for the stock uppers. I tried selling but nobody wanted lol

Haha yes shipping would kill it:(
Still funny no one want them. A lot of members are still stock, and having spare parts canmtbe bad! I kept my stock cv axles just in case something happen with the new ones. Feels good to have backup!

I just made my post in the lair, but the damn thing just slipped off! The way the clamp is designed, it couldn’t physically get tighter, so I have no idea what I could have done differently.

Just red it... at least the boot is not broken! Have you thought about using some piping clamps?

    I don’t trust it either.
I may just redo them all with hose clamps and drive them till they break.

I'm surprised they don't just use those in the first place haha u can buy some stainless steel band clamps. that's probably the route I would go lol

something more like this one tho, so the little holes in the regular hose clamps don't rip into the rubber boot while u tighten it

Yeah I was glad they didn't sell at first for that reason. Now though I've realized I love the extra height so I'll always be after market. Plus if some needs them I'd rather help them out for only what shipping costs rather than see them sit.

Sure seem like an easy way, but with rust and stuff I knew the lower Bj bolts were easier to take off than the lca bolts and tie rod lol
