    Aren't they basically straight pieces with the bolt pattern on them, not much to a rear bumper mount for our trucks.

    I just went and read about that mod. All you have to do is cut the grey wire and ground it somewhere? Or did I miss understand.

    Why?

    I think you ground the grey thats going to the connector, not the one leading towards the dash. Right now I have a temp wire pushed into the location of the grey wire and its grounded so I could test the e-locker.
