If that were the case for us I would have been off for the day! FRC is a different beast though.

    Ya so true.
I had an issue with my room, geobatch, and went to my chief and next thing I know my master chief is talking to the base cmc on the phone and it’s magically all better.

Daughters Preschool has a 2 hour delay yet they will open up 2.5 hours late. Little confused on that one but hey that means I can leave early enough to play and maybe pull some people out. Going to be brutal at 6am, can't wait.

Shore fishing is great for trout and small striper, headboats are a waste of money dont do it. If you get yourself on a private boat go wireline the cbbt tubes or jig the pilings for tuag. Get up and head out before sunrise so right when the sun comes up you can toss wind cheaters into the island rocks to land good size schooly striper. Head down to rudee inlet at the oceanfront or back into Lynnhaven Inlet for the trout

Cause the ladies, some of em, just don’t get it. Mine refers to my lift as “ghetto” :annoyed:

And yes I go out of my way to park also. Just stopped in to say hello. Currently in RIC but grew up in the Little Neck area of VB.

Ok now I want you all to payy attention to this. Coming from an old guy getting ready to celebrate 31 years married to the same wonderful woman.
You Need to sit her down and gently explain to her that guys (yes that's us) NEVER grow up we just get older and our toys more exspensive. My wife has 3 kids our 2 daughters and me.

Doesn’t sound too far off from mine. However there better be a cabin and a toilet nearby for mine to camp.
Well said sir, but here there is only one kid...me!

Not as much as I once was. My folks have since relocated to Richmond too.
I grew up on Kline Dr behind Middle Plantation well before all that crazy development took place and when Mr Kline’s farm was still on the river.
