One of my good buddies has in the past. I can ask if they have another litter coming soon.

I drove it around the block today real effing slow just to get all the fluids circulated and warm and I'm really leaning towards it being a stripped axel ontop of some sort of driveshaft issue

If you coast and put the truck in neutral it chatters a shit ton and as soon as it's back in gear it stops.
I really don't thing this is a singular issue but rather a compound of problems

I'd appreciate it! The wife has always wanted one so we're gonna see if we can find one for a halfway decent price. I'm sorry but I'm not paying $1500+ for a dog. I called about one earlier that was $2300... If we can't find one then I'm gonna go get another shelter mutt! (I'd rather do that anyways).

No luck. He just replied and said his mom hasn't bred any in a while but is thinking about picking it back up. They're good dogs but I'd personally pick other breeds over them.

I've heard they come with their fair share of quirks and needs. I think I'm gonna look for another cattle dog mix. Had good luck with the last one.

Hit me up when you get back from Chicago if you want me to take a look at it. We can at least do one better than the dealer and open it up

We could go to Green's and borrow a rear axle and driveshaft and swap it out for him while he's gone. Plane tickets are great alibi's. :sawzall:

If it's any consolation, I hear a 'grind' when I try to throw the truck sideways in the snow without turning the safety nanny's off. I chalk it up to the tires trying to grip, or ust how the trac control on a Tacoma performs.

Probably gonna have something worse fail

I'm so used to 2wd trucks in snow/ice and just pinning the gas and making them bend to my will!
Now, I'm not in 4 when I heard the noises, either, but they do suck.

:gossip: I just won't go as sideways as that one guy :boink:
