I think he means "heated rear window." I agree with you about power-opening rear window. I opened it for 5 seconds on the way home from the dealer just to see if it works, will probably never use it again.

On nice days I will open the rear window when I'm driving. last winter I was really bored on my weekly (at the time) drive up to Edmonton and opened it... the amount of snow that flew into the cab from the bed was crazy hahaha. I don't use it very often but the wife and myself are planning on getting a dog soon so I am sure it will get used a lot more at that point.

I'm looking forward to having it cracked open during the summer - even though if you look in the manuel it says not to drive with the rear window open..

The heated rear view would deffinetly be useful!!
But no I mean it being powered. In the summer I would be using it quite often especially on long drives

I actually haven’t had it fog up that much (unless I have passengers back there) but the middle window is usually the last to fog up, I would love to see what the T4R’s have, with the wiper de-icer Or you know having the whole window roll down haha.

I have driven a lot of Euro metal in the past, Audi, Volvo, Benz and VW. Every vehicle has had it. On the Toyota side, pretty much every Lexus sold in Canada has it. There are several companies who make retrofit systems for Tacomas, including Alphatherm. (The systems are not really vehicle-specific except in terms of the hose terminations.)

Any Canadian members take home a 2018 yet? Still some 2017s on the lots but not much of a discount between the two and same shitty finance rate?

I don’t mind the grills just need to get rid of the chrome trim. Same with when the OR grills came out in 2016 and everyone said how ugly all that chrome is and why put chrome on a offroad so they either blacked it or or went to a pro grill.

I felt I got a good deal on my SR5. It was a 2017 and I had it for ~$2600 under MSRP a week ago.

Ordered my 2018 Off-Road in Sept. 2017 and took delivery Dec. 2017. I’m starting to see a few 2018s on the road, but still lots of 2017s on the dealer lots in my region.

    Nice truck!

I like the wheels. Can you tell me what kind they are? And if possible, include a close up picture of one of the wheels?

I'll try to get some pictures posted this weekend. I'll find out who makes them, they are from my local dealer and I got them when I bought the truck.
