Which ones that? Locker anytime or traction control in 4LO? Either way I haven’t done it, because I don’t have either of those things.

 

I believe it's the traction control in 4Lo for me because mine is a TRD Sport.
I should've swapped rear axles with that totalled OR before they towed it off the lot at the shop a couple months ago

 

I’m keeping an eye out for an OR axle in good shape, so if you come across another one lemme know!

What I'm wondering is, do all 2nd gens(SR5,Sport, &OR)all come from the factory with the same gear ratio? The only difference being elocker or not?

 

Yeah, as far as I know they all come with 3.73 and maybe the 4 cylinders come with 4.10 but I’m not positive on that one.

 

Maybe. I thought I read somewhere that it was changed in 2012? But I may be wrong about that

 

On the 4 cylinder, the prerunner and 4x4 are both 4.10. The 5-lug is different.

I'd assume that the v6 is the same with the prerunner and 4x4 sharing the same diff gearing, and the 5-lug being different.

I dont suppose the Sports are prewired with tbe same harness as the OR for the factory elocker and one would only need a switch for the dash that would plug and play...that'd be way too easy

I have to check out my front end tomorrow sometime. I'm getting a vibration between 35 & 40 mph. Feels like it's in the right front. At 127k miles now. Gonna check uca, lca, and outer tie rod ball joints

 

Also check wheel bearings

 

Nah, I'll just keep buzzing it. I have been for about 10 years, and this is about as long as it has been since my surgery over 4 years ago. And it was only that long cause I couldnt cut it for about a month afterward.

The gray hair has settled in long ago. It's all along the sides and back, and I can see some sprouting in the front on top. I also have gray in my beard, but I usually keep it close trimmed so it's not easily seen.

I don't have my torque wrench anymore, sorry. I do need to get another, since I swap out my summer and winter tires. If you guys need an extra pair of hands just let me know and I'll be happy to come up and help.
