Congrats! That's quite a bit more than I would have guessed (low 300s). That 44deg weather is better than NOS....no bottle to refill!

 

Just a follow up. I swapped out the CAI with a AFE one I had and I put in a new AEM fuel pump with external filter. No codes since then.

...until the other day. Turns out I didn't put the gas cap on all the way.

Can someone explain the benefit the URD walbro kit for 165$+shipping vs say something like this kit for 80$ shipped?

Is their something in the URD kit that makes it more plug and play? Or is it the instructions they provide that ad value? Im sure theres something just wondering what it is before I order the URD, Thanks!

Just swapping in the "ebay special" will be difficult since you'll be missing necessary components for the install. Including the longer multi-fuel rated hose.

It cost more, but you get more, and you won't be scratching your head.

Gotcha. It looks like someone can probably put together this kit for around 120$... but for the convenience, and instructions it is probably worth it just to pay the extra 60$ and go with the kit from URD.

I got lucky for sure. Thanks. Didn't realize the calibrator was of no benifit with a trd tune. Still learning more everyday.

Update: The neighbor's scanner isn't working with my phone, so I ordered an Ultragauge which should arrive today. Now I'm wondering if bad gas could actually be the culprit for my misfiring issues -- I filled at a different station & haven't had any misfires since. Hmmmm.... Could it be that simple???

91 Octane from both stations, normal one is Diamond Shamrock, most recent is Shell.
