Last time I used H&R, I lost about $400 on my return. Never again.

That was the first time I didn't use Turbo Tax.

Just use turbo tax. It's easy, and basically hand holds you through everything. All you really need to make sure you do is have the form you got from the bank with your mortgage interest, property tax, and mortgage insurance if you have that. Those all need to get put in.

You didn't have the house for this whole year so I wouldn't expect too big of an impact, but the first full year you will get a big kickback from mortgage interest.

Reviewing my thread, for reasons and making reference points. Needs more structure, too.

    ...and I stumble on this...
Just look at your paint now, Nick. Rock chips are chump change

I've considered this many times. It's more the tree stripes than rock chips now.

    Also yes.

They currently mean 'I need to properly wash/clay/buff my truck because these stripes hold onto all the dirt and grime possible'

Pinstripes aren't an issue because they never go all the way through the paint and cause rust. The rock chips down low do though, that's why I'm concerned about them.
Also, white hides pinstripes pretty well, that's why we have the best color
