I love my Rigid Ditch Lights. Used them everyday this week since I head to my jobsite around 4:30 AM. Only use them on the FM roads I travel and never near on coming traffic but wow what a difference they make. I see so many deer and hogs now on my drive just off the roads.

Finally put my stickers on from the ATX C&C!!! Too bad the TTC sticker came out crooked and the y in Toyota is on my weather stripping! Then the C wouldn't come off the adhesive because the paper got stuck! Might need a new one and try again, looking your way @ChadsPride and @CaptAmerica

 

Shit just got real. Pulled the diff tonight so I can start fresh un the morn with coffee.

I've got spare diffs on hand just in case. Although I feel my self being over confident, I allotted myself a reasonable amount of time to accomplish this. My only fear is not having every single part I will need.

 

Yup, front n rear. 4.56 nitro gears and a Detroit tru trac for the rear.

 

Good deal! Rear is fairly straight forward to setup. The clam shell is a little tricky but still the same principle.

*This is a better to say it an not need it statement. Because I know you know.*===>>> Make sure you get the preload on the pinion bearings correct. Fish scale or in/lb torque wrench.

Also...Solid pinion spacers are your friends. To hell with a crush sleeve in a Toyota differential.

 

I've got a very very fancy inch# torque wrench, solid spacer for the rear, but not front, and bought extra shims to play with pre load. I greatly appreciate the tips. If ya got anymore, please don't hesitate to throw em my way.

Furlough. Only supervisory non-medical personnel are considered mission essential. Doesn’t affect the hospitals, but all the IT people are screwed.
