Yeah, I totally don't know anyone who bought a stack of Ruger 20's here recently for a Mini-14.

He must have been LE, he didn't get any hassle at all.

It’s gonna take the wife some time to get used to. She’s not particularly thrilled. It takes away a little scenery. Oh well.

So yesterday at lunch I disconnected the wire I spliced together in the tail light housing (driver side tail light) As I was merging over to the left with my foot on the throttle I turned on the signal to go left and even though I disconnected the wire the truck did act up again but this time I immediately turned of the blinker and the truck ran fine. So this only happens when I use my left turn signal. With the Right turn signal truck runs fine.

So today I’m going to run through all my grounds on the whole truck. Looked through my wiring manual I have and found these. I don’t understand all the wavy line stuff. But I can figure out all lines go to a triangle which is the ground and each ground is labeled with locations on the truck. So I’ll check the truck to make sure everything is grounded where it needs to be and I have metal on metal contact. :fingerscrossed:

@Star-Lord One thing I did notice with the image is that I thought there was a ground on the back of the block to the fire wall but it's not labled or marked on these photos I found. Must be a added ground. :notsure:

It may not be labeled in the pics, but it's definitely there. I can get a pic if you need one for reference.
Should be a ground from battery to body, and from engine block to body, usually at the rear of the engine to the firewall.

No pic needed. I went through all the locations on the diagram. I checked the one where the abs goes, the one on the back of the block to firewall, on one above the alternator on the intake, I also replaced the one from the driver side wheel well to my ground junction box. I also added one there to the inside of the frame. I have a ground in the rear of the truck next to the battery to the frame.

For the inside I only found one ground behind the fuse box under the kick panel. Two wires connected together. I didn’t find any on the passenger side like the diagram shows. No wires either so maybe there isn’t any there.

But everything thing got a good cleaning with sand paper. I’ll test the truck later I still have a few more projects before I hit the road again.

Yes. Odd.... but I realized the ground that was missing also connects to that fuse box right there. I got it replaced now. So we’ll see. At least I know exactly what’s causing the problem. So I can test it. Worse case if I can’t figure it out I’ll hit Brian up. But I got to try first.
