Saw a beautifuly built 1975 FJ with a 3.4l Diesel engine in it. The guy is building another 80 and has an engine on the way from Canada for that as well. Omg. It should be a sweet rig judging from his FJ.

Fuckup resolved. Old rivets removed, new rivets installed. It isn’t perfect, as I had one rivet mushroom at the very end.

Pinch weld was remarkably easy. Remove tire. Pound outwards. No cutting or sealing required. It’s a good thing my wrists/forearms get a daily workout ;)

So much room for activities :mudding:

@jberry813 or anyone else, the guy I sold my kings to said one of the coilovers was leaking after 4 days of driving. King speculated low nitro. He also sent me this pic, does this look like a leaking shock?

A little fisting was the second project today. Installed bed brackets with quick fists. Not sure I will keep shovel there. Don’t like the edge of the blade sticking out like that, and it won’t fit turned in. Maybe I can find a sheath.

Also, in the process, moved the hi lift jack to the right side to counter some of that fat ass driver weight.

Oh, and when on The Factor 55 web site, you can’t just buy rivets. Sheesh.

If you mix the jalapeño and the buttered popcorn. It makes a wonderful flavor I called jalapeño butter ball.

The other thing that happened today....

Couldn’t sell my stock rear bumper so it’s been sitting in my backyard for quite a while now. Found out one of our Taco brothers in SF got rear ended recently. He got himself an almost free bumper. I say almost because he came bearing gifts.

    Thanks @Rockfish415
This will help quell my mild hangover.

Just paying it forward. So many great folks on this NorCal thread that have helped me, it seemed the right thing to do. Plus, my wife is happier now that it's no longer in the backyard.

No matter how many different flavors they come out with, my favorite will always be licorice.

Next time you’re in the area you need to stop in at Columbia Candy Kitchen.

    They make some awesome licorice.

    :spy: And pretty good sarsaparilla

Ok my wife has a steam mop she loves. The handle broke off and I had to fix it. Using a half stick of epoxy putty and two screws. Its working to my knowledge. She asked if I wanted to try it and make sure. My reply is I only work on them I don't drive em'.
I am now a bastard for some reason. :notsure:
