@Me. Projekt I was actually over your way all day today helping my neice and her husband move from Bunker Hill to Inwood. Her husband's four "friends" were supposed to come help but never showed up. So he and I and my neices stepfather loaded & unloaded 3 moving truck loads. I'm BEAT! Gonna be sore tomorrow.

Those bumpers are heavy. Gonna rip a nut or something with the added weight of a winch man.

he said it's likely going to be around 10-15% off... he's waiting to hear back from them (he just became a dealer for them)

Depending on the discount, I would be interested in a Prolink. If we can get other products at a discount as well, I'd be interested in the cable splicing tools as well.

I've had the Smittybilt equivalent of the Prolink on order from 4WP since Thanksgiving and the back order ship date just keeps pushing back. Getting tired of waiting, so I'm willing to pay 4-5x more for the real deal at this point just to have something in hand.

Yeah. Tuesday will be 10 weeks. The current 'estimated' ship date is Friday. I called 4WP when the last ship date didn't happen, and they said that it'll drop ship from Smittybilt whenever it shows up. I just messaged Smittybilt through their website contact form to see if they can give me any information.

yea that's unacceptable in my book... you can close on a house in 4 weeks. you can have a full custom bumper ordered, built, and delivered in 10 weeks....

it's not like SB is a small company either

Yeah. I think the AWS is new to their product line, so maybe it's just supply issues getting production ramped up. Or meeting demand from the holidays because I first heard of it at Black Friday.

Is anyone interested in a Bussmann? I'm pricing things out to build one for myself and given the minimum quantities for a lot of the parts it makes sense to build more than one. I'm not sure how many I want to commit to building, but I think maybe 5 would be the most I would consider building (including mine).

I haven't finished pricing out all the little things (like heat shrink, etc), so I can't comment on an exact price yet as it will also depend on quantity built and if you want mating connectors or just wire ends to attach to. For reference, I'm just over $300 now for what I need to build mine with mating connectors, 10 gauge wire for everything coming off the Bussman, 4 gauge main power wire to the battery, and other things that you might not need/want (like wire/connectors for harness into the cab and 8 gauge to power my OBA compressor in the bed cubby).
