Anyone have the factory roof rack on a Calvary Blue pro? I’ve never been sold on the look of the factory rack, but am insterested nonetheless. Would be nice to see how it looks on this color truck.

Edit: just found a pic of @CavalryBlueTaco ‘s truck. :)

Yep! Really not sure on the look but would be nice to have. Anyone have them? What are your thoughts on them compared to something else like the prinsu rack? Oem is much cheaper...

I don’t like them. Makes it look like a hatchback for some reason. Use the bed and get a toneau cover.

Ya, I don’t disagree with you. My issue is that I have a toolbox in the back, which I love but limits my bed space. Considering the cbi overland bars as an option too.

How many tools are we talking about? Big tools? I just took the priority tools and used the storage areas in the corners of the truck. You can fit quite a few without having to put an entire toolbox in back.

Very minimal actual tools. Mostly just crap I like to have with me, ranging from chains to a football. :D I’m pretty attached to it though, as it’s a great place to keep things locked up but out of the cab. I also like the look

The cover is the Ridgelander by Undercover and it comes with the tango rail system / vortex bars

Well, it’s black so that’s cool. I carry the same stuff you do. I keep it in the space in the tailgate corner on the driver side. And the Toneau cover locks as well. You need some Cooper STT Pro’s. Looks great on the Cavalry Blue Pro.

Thanks guys. I actually bought it a couple years ago for my 2015 trd or and just moved it over when I bought the pro. Like I said, I’m attached. Being able to lock stuff up without putting dirty objects in the cab is a lifesaver. I like the open bed, so it’s really the only way to go for me.
