The Colorado Connection repeaters are to me the most important ones, which you already have. Certainly 447.275 is easily the most active in NoCO, probably because of being linked down to 447.750 in Boulder.

The list is being used by some of us (with or without chirp) to program our radios.
The idea being that if mutual parties have used the same list we can simply each tune to say "channel 29" to communicate on w0cra's 145.145 repeater or say "channel 1" to communicate on 146.46 simplex.

I figured it would be useful for new HAMs who may not yet have gotten the hang of repeater offsets and squelch tones to get up and running on their radios.

Is there a CC repeater that covers FOCO well?

Thank you for this info! Looks like the same club has 2m repeaters in the same sites as these two 70cm repeaters. Any idea why the 70cm repeaters get more use? It seems like around town in Denver all of the 2m repeaters are the most used.

I can usually use the Denver machine (145.310) without much issue. There's not a dedicated machine that covers us up here.

I had a feeling that was the case. My Kenwood 281 is 2m only... I have heard only the Denver channels since I moved up here on it. I ocasionally get a something on my baofeng in the backyard off College near Trilby. I have yet to hit those repeaters though and need to see why that is the case. A baofeng should not have an issue. I wonder if my antenna may be broken.

im all about modding my phone, Ive had android rooted in my pocket since the first android device released, but i dont think i want to mess with the firmware on my ham radio outside of programming memory into it. maybe in a base station that I played with but not in a vital piece of gear in the truck

I can see that. Yaesu was very easy to do so I was not concerned.
