    @Bruce988jl

Here are a couple of my favorites:
Bottle Logic - Fundamental Observation (If you are every around that part of CA)
Founder's - KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout)
    Prairie - Bomb!

What other great Bourbon Barrel stouts are out there guys?

The Bottle Logic FO is only released once a year and is the hardest beer to obtain from them. I spent 30 minutes last year hitting refresh trying to get bottles.

I don't think I sent you an FO did I? I think I sent you the Fundamental summation? I forgot lol

I always just seem to miss the release of KBS. I'm hoping to snag some this year.
I've only had Prairie Bomb once, but it was easily one of my favorite beers of all time. I loved the little bit of heat the chili peppers gave it.
If you like quads, Boulevard make a Bourbon Barrel Quad (BBQ) that is very good.
I also just had a bottle of Boulevard's "Rye On Rye" which is aged in rye whiskey barrels and also very good.

    Couple I have stashed away...

Bells Black Note is a really good one!

Weyerbacher Sunday Morning Stout is also pretty solid.

    Lagunitas Willitized Coffee Stout

Ballast Point High West (porter though)

There are lots of good harder to find whales too... But I’m still hunting those!

Have been wanting to get my hands on some Bell's. Think there is a place near me that has it, just have to make an excuse to get there.

My GF’s friend’s husband played some music at Cherry Street Brewing in Cumming Ga last night.

Pretty cool place! Great beers and reasonable prices! Only gripes were that all of the stouts I ordered were served way too cold and I wish it was closer!

I saw some Elijah Craig and Buffalo Trace barrels being put to good use!

    E0AF247F-AFE6-4B72-AF1C-3BE48C0B68D2.jpg

Started off with a flight of their stouts -

    B96F6AE3-A3B3-44FE-8BFC-4AEDB568C01E.jpg

DECOS (Double Espresso Chocolate Oatmeal Stout) - Solid coffee stout

Ginger Bread Stout - Pretty good, LOTS of ginger though!

    63D841E3-3C8A-44EA-B988-7AC686589673.jpg

Black Throated Stout - English Style Stout

Cortez the Killer - Mexican Spiced Russian Imperial Stout - Hands down my favorite out of the flight! Oasis base with cinnamon and chili added! So good I picked up a Big Ass Can for later (only $12 for 32oz)!

    E1ACF5E8-7B60-48A6-8352-AB62262C8D09.jpg

OASIS - (Old As Shit Imperial Stout) - Very good!

    CEAA2AA8-B87F-4BF7-B42D-85DD4943A30E.jpg

After my flight, I tried a 5 oz pour of their OASIS 5 Year Blend... And then an 8 oz pour! A lot going on here, OASIS aged in 5 different barrels: bourbon, wine, port, apple brandy, and tequila. I was a little hesitant, but glad I did! It changed flavors several times as it warmed!

I haven’t seen that second one.

    How was it?

I’ll have to keep an eye out for it.
