I have tungsten carbide ring also. I had a white gold one from our wedding but after a couple months, it was getting really scratched and beat up. I ordered a tungsten carbide one off Amazon for $20 and have been wearing it ever since. Still looks nice and shiny and has taken a beating.

Jason is correct, I asked the EMTs where I work about some of the harder metals and what happens if I get injured. He said, they have methods to safely remove any type of ring. The ring is junk afterwards but whatever, I get to keep my finger.

I take my ring off when I get home and put it right next to the wallet so I don't lose it

Oddly I hate washing my hands with it on and will take it off prior

I dont wear my wedding ring anymore - got it caught on the railing of my father in laws boats when I was getting into the water and sliced up my finger pretty good. Still have a pretty gnarly scar from it; in a way I have a permanent ring now.

How do the silicone rings hold up? I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned about an accident involving my metal ring. I might try the silicone one out.

I like mine. I’ve had it 4 or 5 months and holding up good but I only wear it doing yard work and working out.

Don't get an inconel ring if you're concerned about the ability to get it off. My buddy has a ceramic ring and it hold up really well, not sure what the base material is though

I've done the research and I have a couple of ideas. The THC in cannabis isn't readily soluble in water, but it is soluble in alcohol, making tinctures for example, so dry "hopping" in secondary fermentation would work. The relationship between the plants would let you splice a hop plant onto a cannabis root ball which might then get the hops to develop a bit of THC as well, I've been told.

My ex's sister has made quite a few tinctures, including some made with some strong thc.

Just bought one, I got impatient, haha.
I’ll try the silicone ring and see how it works idea of a metal ring degloving my finger has crossed my mind more than once. I’m not a machinist or anything but work enough with my hands to make it a valid concern. The silicone breaks at 20 lbs so that should be good. For $20, it might be a good option for me. I like my tungsten ring, just worried about any metal ring injuring me.
