Back to HAM talk. Does you property overlook the front range line of sight? If yes clubs might pay you a fee to put a repeater station on your property. Sort of like house some people make small fortunes with cell towers on their property. Only this would be chump change in comparison. It might pay for the Uber for your hookers to come to your house. :D

Good point. I have a feeling he does not have a front range view though. :(

If you get power installed (they would need that) might still be worth checking if their interested, if your expanding the coverage area they could go for it. If you had property on top that had LOS to Leadville and SouthPark, I would think they for sure would be interested.

That property would either be NF land or inaccessible half the year due to snow (not this year).

I'll probably end up with power. I have to send stuff in via snail mail since they can't take a deposit online.

Yeah I've got plans for a wood fired hot tub f for sure. Or just use the outdoor wood furnace for heat.

My 2 Cents, I think you should go smaller on the "home" space, like 1,200ft. Also remember your sectic field size is driven by bathroom count so I would not go over 2 full.

It is decently "small" at 2bed, 2 bath. Even at that footprint, the master bed/bath needs to be upstairs. And septic doesn't matter too much. I'll be installing it so the price of the tank and a little extra- drain field isn't much different. Which reminds me I need to price out a holding tank for the trench drains in the garage.
