Dam, what a day.... I forgot what kind of energy it takes to "try" and keep up with a 2 year old ( no, not one of you :p )

Con left early AM to be at our daughters side at the hospital and I got "Pepere' " duties.....She ran the "show"..I just followed o_O

My family has grown by one and he & his Mom are both OK
We get home this PM and the granddaughter says "my tummy hurts"........:bucket: came out as I knew my poor wife would become a 2nd "case" for me to "take care of"

I will need to go back to work to get some needed rest :hattip:but the kids are grateful we are here and that is "priceless" to me

    Good morning :hattip:

37 degrees and rain, switch to snow and maybe 4 inches of it. Maybe I can use the snowblower. Shoes are set for gravel driveway. I still get the annual migration of gravel. If ground is frozen it's not so bad.

So I get up at 4:00 this morning.Go in to work. Figure I get there at 5 and find out what I am to do today. Go up to truck, to put my lunch and what not in truck, and my stuff is not in truck, somebody else is.Huh. Sit there for a minute thinking WTF and other things, and then send a text to my boss asking what does he want me to do. No response. 20 minutes later I go back home.
Get almost home and get a text. It reads as follows.
"You alive? Hadn't heard from you. If you are feeling up to doing something you can go grab 47 or 34 and go haul a load to west?
Sorry I gave 54 to new driver. I took all your stuff out and put it in the office."
    My response was
"You know what. Im back home. And ya, I seen you gave my truck to someone else. I be back over later to pick up my shit"
Im done dealing with this shit. Im not spending my last week dealing with with a junk ass truck trying to figure out what is wrong with it.
    You think Im over reacting?

Paver Brick drive is steep incline 60 yards long and is 30 years old. So yeah pretty much set to gravel height now. Some claim not supposed to use a blower on brick because it can chip them. Had enough of the shoveling about 10 years ago, no more at least if I can help it. I can live with chips, end up chipping them breaking up ice anyhow.

Rain and snow didn't start here until 3 AM, biggest flakes seen this year. Supposed to go until late tonight early tomorrow forecast is down to 6-10" instead of a foot. 32° and dropping fast. Fun times.

I had a big low pitched roof (why in VT I don't know) issue to snow blow it with a light weight two stroke single stage machine. a toro if I remember correctly. I would just leave it up there all winter under an eve. When I remodeled the house that was the first roof to go. You just have to remember to start at the bottom and go up. going down goes against the shingles. I made a custom scraper for it
