I've got the trailhead automatic deflators so I'll chip in a review here.

Pros:
we're very easy to set up
Came complete when shipped, so there's no looking for tools to adjust them and no need to pack extra shit for them, just one pouch of stuff
You can do what you're looking for, just screw them on and you're good
Consistently deflate to the same pressure

Cons
Only one major con, they work great the first year or so, now sometimes I screw them on and nothing happens. I've pulled them Apart multiple times to try to clean them but I think they're maybe getting corroded or rusted shut from moist air coming out of the tire because all it takes to make hem work when this happens is screw the adjustment nut a little each way and then they work perfect.
Also, if your goal is to deflate faster, they do not deflate particularly fast. If your goal is to thread them on and not have to bend over and kneel down next to the tire, then that's achieved.

Yup those are the ones I got, couldn’t remember the name. A con for me as I didn’t make it to the year mark with them is that my set are aluminum and the threads are soft, I started have trouble threading one or two than I was intoduced to the ARB deflator. Like said above the are not fast deflating at all, the perk is the preset stop. But again they are not recommended to drive with them on, bad things can happen. When they functioned properly for me I’d screw them on one tire at a time than wait it a couple minutes than they would start popping in order so as you go to each tire to take it off the next one would be ready.

Once they stop twitching they don't need much except the occasional hose down .

I agree with the do not drive on them part. I've seen people do it and I don't really know why, especially when they stood around in the parking lot at raush and talked for more than an hour, only to realize they never aired down and proceed to screw these things on and drive away.

Mounted this crooked ugly thing yesterday. Got if from Jhodge for free after he got into a fender bender with it. Needs some more bending and beating but I think Ill be able to get it where it needs to be.

For free I'd take it over a stock one. Also, they can be reinforced. That said, I'd take one of these over an ARB one simply for better approach angle and the recovery points.
That piece needs some TLC tho.
