Texas! Well make sure and buy a gun for protecting ones property. Not sure what I would do if I saw some on my truck, I think there may be more dent in the truck from there head. And I didn't pay alot for mine but its principle about other peoples property. We are losing the respect of others property.

Edit just saw your pic from window. Sniper rifle with tripod.

must have been the wind when you were driving in today, that what happens when you raise a wimp, they can't handle the pressure of the drive.

Could have been a heavy cat. Before putting on my roof rack, I used to accidentally push it in by leaning on the roof when I washed the truck. I would 'smack' the surrounding area with my palm and that would usually work the dent out. I like the idea of the plunger.

I can't tell for third gen trucks, but usually it is snapped into the sides of the roof or behind and into the upper part of the inner panels of the cab
If there is no creases but only ridges, it should still work (if they aren't too pronounced), but you may have to finish with a hammer from the inside

Too focused for a cat. Maybe hot (warm?) Water, a few snacks, and a suction device? Deal!

Also, if you have to use a mallet, to avoid pushing it back out too far, have someone outside to hold a plank or piece of wood over the dent you are trying to push out. The plank will prevent it from popping too far out when you hit it

There's always a lot of crazy patients that get released from hospitals though. Source: I work at a hospital.

Your truck is too nice/new to try and fix that yourself. Just bite the bullet and find a super good PDR guy. If it was my 2007, I'd try to fix it myself. But not a new truck.

Are you SURE nothing could have fallen on it SOMEWHERE? I just can't picture someone getting up on the roof and making those dents. And I can't picture someone just smashing it in with an object as that would be an odd spot to solely do damage to. Vandalism just doesn't make sense here, IMO.

So just call my agent? Can't say I want my insurance to go up. Now I didn't buy this truck to sell but what would it do to resell value?

Full moon? and there were no indents on the hood "engine bay" area, so not a run over. Most insurance have a mother nature, I like the pine cone idea.
