F3CE74E6-5269-43AF-AA1D-5F67A36261A9.jpg Just leaving the dealship now. I just added 3” x 2” leveling kit. Came in for alignment and there are the numbers below in the pic.

Tomorrow the 285 70 17 with 1 1/2” spidertrax spaces will go in.

Will the 285’s throw me more out of whack? What are acceptable alignment numbers when all said and done?

Thank you again for the help.

Wow those are horrible alignment numbers after a 3 inch lift Caster should be near 3.0 or above, and 0 Camber and 0 Toe. I am guessing you have stock UCA's?

Yes stock UCA. This is my first time doing any lift. Learning as I go.

This is the dealership doing the alignment. They are my last option locally. I can’t trust Town Fair Tire to do it. All this to get bigger tires...lol.

It is what it is but you probably should have done more research Brother, what did they charge you to put that in anyway? We have some good TW Peeps that have a nice garage with a lift that charge 50.00 to do all this stuff.

Should have at least done 5100's or 6112's up front and maybe an AAL in the back. So am I right that 3rd Gens are an inch higher from the Factory over a 2nd Gen? So would that put you at 4 inches of lift up front?

I’ve done research reading this forum and another forum. After that the only way I’ll learn is my trial and error. I highly doubt I will not be the last one to go though this and not into having my hand held either. It is what it is.

Research. That was a good one

Sorry not trying to offend you but most people 1 know not to use Hockey Puck Spacer junk, and 2 most people know with a 3 inch lift 98% of the time aftermarket UCA's are needed. So yeah I guess you didn't research, good luck and just so you know you will soon get the Needle Bearing growl that most get and you will need to replace it with an ECGS Bushing.

Never said that spacers are just not the thing to go with. As I said good luck.

I’m not offfended. I think I’ve talked to you in another thread stating Readylift, and You suggested spacers. It’s all good. Your not a fan of readylift or spacers I guess now. Thanks the help dude.

Wheel spacers is what that shows, I'm talking about the ReadyLift Hockey Pucks. I would never tell anyone to put a spacer lift on.

I’ll learn. If it doesn’t work I’ll rip it all out and stay with stock. Thanks

Your user profile says Boston Mass, There is only one dealership and one other shop in town that can do it?

Ditch the spacers, buy real suspension, get aftermarket control arms if you want to life that much, it will ride like shit and you will wear shit out if you dont.

Is there anyone out there who installed a readylift 3” x 2” leveling kit where it works?

Hey nobody saying it doesn't work, it just makes the shocks not work to their full capacity. You just need to get some aftermarket UCA's and the wheel spacers to be able to put 285's on stock wheels. What did the dealer charge you for install on the lift? And did you get the lift from the Dealer? I have a feeling for what they charged you for the lift kit, and install you probably could have gotten Bilstein 5100's and an AAL in the back. If you ever want to take that stuff off and sell it and have a different lift put in. Contact some of the local Lift Guru's like @tacobell007 who has access to an indoor lift and garage. They charge 50.00 an hour and do amazing work right @DrFunker

I've been 3 times and will continue to go when I upgrade my current suspension.
