Apparently. Like what the actual fuck haha. That thing lasted 2 years and it just wanted to give up now. I don't feel like I was really all that harsh on it my last trip out.

Mine wasn't that bad, but still annoyed. CV axle, panhard, and rear bumper all for a trip I took bypasses on basically because I broke the CV first. I feel bad. I miss this 4Runner, I don't know what happened to it :(

Nice. I'm sure it'll be fine. Going east to west is definitely the way most people go. Going west to east I couldn't make it up Watson Wash with open diffs so I had to bypass.

Well it is a 22 year old truck you beat on pretty good. She's still stout.

So was it just flopping around or it is missing altogether?

Exactly. I was spinning tires and going no where. Didn't want to change a CV and I saw a route around on my way in.

Is it a double 0* sleeping bag you have? That's what I bought for our trip and it's insanely warm. Most nights I was too hot, and it was below freezing every night.

That's what I bought and used for our trip and it was super warm. If I was in sweats in that bag I would have had a heat stroke haha

It was welded all the way around but with a shitty flux core welder like 2 years ago. I'll have to make another with my big boy welder I guess. Fuck.

I had a secondary bolt and that kept it in place

Thanks! I missed welding 220. I'm sure my welds will get better as I practice a little more. I did all of that 30 minutes after plugging it in for the first time.
