Just picked up a 17 DC Off Road 4x4 for 34k with the .9 interest. Plus 13k trade in on my old taco.

+1, dealers make a ton of money on add ons. Some are worthless like nitrogen. When I bought Tundra the dealer was willing to remove as many as possible even pinstriping. I said find me one without any. $275 for tint that I can get for $75 just inflates the price. I had one dealer that was doing a trade and said they would not charge extra for any dealer add ons on the truck. MSRP posted should include dealer add ons.

That was $34k before your $13k trade was deducted right? So, you only financed 21k, correct?

Like above post got mine for 33 final price after taxes and everything else. Is a 17 TRD Sport DCSB 4x4 with bed liner and nerf bar steps. Did not come with BSM but has tow package and entertainment package. Got the low interest rate with a 20k trade in for my highlander.

24k financed. I got the extended warranty and I live in a city with high taxes, so unfortunately I have to pay the tax rate where I live.

I just got my quicksand 2017 DCLB Off-road with the premium/tech package without JBL. The MSRP was $40,102 and my price was $35,623 and I took the 0.9% financing option they have this month.

I would suggest throwing that VIN at other dealers and your current offer from your current dealer. Let each dealer give you their offer. Then throw the lowest offer at all the other dealers to beat. Keep doing this until you get stalls from everyone, or you reach an OTD price you are happy with.

And OTD is "Out the door" that includes all fees, taxes, etc that could possibly be added on top of the truck price.

There is no reason you should pay their $700 doc fee. That's just nutz!

I got my 2017 DCSB TRDOR 6-Speed for $33.5k OTD on 12/7, and that's including Crook County tax and them giving me waaaaaay more than they should have on my trade. Original MSRP was $35,506 I believe.

I think you guys are being way too nice to those salesmen, you need to start borderline insulting them with your offers now that the 2018's are on the lot.

That is the exact truck I want! Can't find it at any dealerships in SoCal!

Look at Toyota of Carlsbad. I was able to get them down to 36,100 before taxes, but I didn’t want to pay more then 36,500 out the door and 13k atleast for my old taco. It was nice but I didn’t want a sunroof, nor the JBL sub taking up all the damn storage behind the rear seat (more room for straps and crap). They originally wanted 42k. Also take a close look at it, for some reason none of the quicksand paint jobs look the same. This is the color I originally wanted, but looking at this one looked almost like dehydrated pee...idk maybe my eyes are all retarded. But it’s there.

So, I’m looking at a new 2017 double cab Trd 4x4 off-road with all weather mats, premium Entune (no jbl), paint protection film (hood and door), and tow package. The otd price is 34,093

    33145 for truck
    399 dealer fee
    500 taxes
    49 tag

    Is this a good deal?

Yeah, I’ve read some of the posts and can’t believe the taxes in some states. I live in SC so everything is cheap...lol. It just went up from 300 to 500. It’s some kind of road repair bill. Sales tax is capped at 500 dollars no matter the cost of the vehicle. Thanks for the input. I think I’m going to get it tomorrow. I sold my 03 Tacoma about a year ago without really thinking it through. I miss it, but I’m sure I will enjoy the creature comforts of the 17. Here is pic of my 03 and the 17. 48D17237-4747-445F-9555-14A35DCD23F3.jpg4A6EDAA3-2781-4331-95DA-039779D0A222.jpg

I paid less than that for my 4X4.
