I want the Rosen visors, but they're kinda pricey and the installation looks annoying on the Cardinal

4.5 in the Cardinal Friday and Saturday down to Dallas and back to NW Arkansas. Had terrible headwinds on Friday, but great tailwinds on the way back! I brought the power way back to 21MP and 2300RPM and was sipping 7GPH going 145KTS over the ground.

The wife left for 2 months today. Made sure to add more photos to her career photo album. She loves to serve the people and there pets of this country! The sacrifice is small compared to those who serve and who have served, but I do my part for her and her co-workers. Just need her to give me the ok to throw them all a bbq launch with smoked brisket and pulled pork!

Personal goal of 2018 - hit 500 hours. Should be doable since last year I got 99.6 with a 5 month lull while I was studying abroad. Only 170 left to go :D!

This seems like a case of "Easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission!"

Hahaha nice. Mine is to just find a steady job as either heli or airplane. This part time stuff while trying to finish 3 ratings and the last cert ,that should have been done by december, is hot garbage.

That ought to be doable! I need to average about 15 hours a month to reach my goal, but I'm hoping that will be attainable with only being able to fly on the weekends for the most part. Two weekends of bad weather a month could throw a wrench in my plan so we'll see.
