Up front I'm running the MCM Fab kit with 600# coils. The coils will change with the install of a new bumper/winch combo. It's about perfect now and there is no way the rear can keep up. Still fun on the trails though.

It's a daily driver now and I plan to keep it able to accomplish that. Ideally it's going to get me anywhere I want to go for camping, backpacking, hunting, riding etc.

In an effort to catch the Build Thread up, I’ll post this teaser picture of an upgrade in progress. This shot was taken in Aravaipa Canyon, AZ on the way to Turkey Creek 1/20/2018.

Is it me or do you have two different size tires front to rear?

It’s you, tires are the same all the way around, 285/75R16.

It could be the stink bug look that has you tricked. I installed AllPro Expo springs and without much weight in the bed the lift they give makes the truck higher in the rear than I want. That’s in the process of getting fixed.

So my factory alarm screwed up today and wouldn’t let me even Unlock the doors, let alone start the truck. After a few phone calls and some tinkering, I found out that my positive cable clamp was completely deteriorated from years of neglect by the previous owner. 24.40$ later I had a new cable clamp to install. Everything is back to functional now.

Here’s the condition of the old clamp.

We are getting close to finished with the rear bumper just need some finish welds/tube plugs, anchor points installed and then paint.

How are the driving characteristics with the LT? I have Icon extended travels up front and would love to LT it but I’m afraid of losing the supreme ride it has now.

That's pretty funny. LT would redefine what a "supreme" ride would feel like...unless you like stiff.

I think it’s an incredible improvement over stock. The LT soaks up bumps and ruts on and off-road. I would strongly suggest going that route.

Only drawback with the first gen crowd is he will have to get a custom rear set up if he wants rear LT. I love being LT myself, makes anything I drive on like a cloud.
