I mean if they are tacomas then you can’t beat $60 for two spacers. I ran it as a place holder until I got a real lift. I mean most of those younger guys think that Rough Country is the top of the line.

@ahspurlock that CB is no good either. Asked if they still had my old one. Nothing was wrong with it. Lol

No doubt that’s where the money is in the lift market. Younger folks and people with limited truck knowledge just want something that looks cool and want it done as cheap as possible. The price to install a rough country is almost as much as the lift costs plus everything in the front end they will either replace while installing the lift or in the immediate future to keep the truck on the road.

I will admit that I did drive a Silverado with a rough country lift, however by the time I was done fixing its shortcomings the only thing left of the lift was the drop bracket. Hell, the UCAs I had in that truck almost cost more than the entire lift itself.

Not sure. I've read so much back and forth about lifts lately that my head is swimming in it! lol

For flexing the rear out . The stock lines are short and you'll stretch them out or even rip them apart

So no matter what, if the rear gets lifted, need to buy extended lines? Could I buy Bilstein 6112s to avoid that?
