Nope . If you plan on doing any time of off-roading where you will be flexing out the rear I would recommend brake lines if you just plan on doing dirt roads nothing crazy or stupid then your stock ones will work you just need to unbolt the bracket from the rear diff and put a 1-inch spacer between the brake line bracket in the diff with a longer bolt and that'll do your fine

Ugh every time I think I know and understand everything someone throws new info at me! I don’t do any off-roading right now, but I don’t wanna say that I never will. How much are extended brake lines?

I would seriously consider a new rear leafpack, for holding up the added weight of RTT and camping gear......

I started with 5100 / 885 coils, single AAL in rear. then added 1" block in rear. then upgraded coils to 886. Then added allpro expo leaf pack and longer shocks, and extended rear break lines. then added 3/8" spacers on top in front. then added 1.5" blocks in rear.......all while adding armor and weight, and RTT and blah :angrygirl:

5100s and 885s are my current plan. Progressive AAL for the rear I think. What’d you add the spacers for? Just an increased lift?

Thats a great setup if you never add weight. add bumper, skids, sliders = sag. then add rear tire swingout, more saggy ass

Got it. As of now, I don’t plan to add weight to the truck. The only weight I might add is an AVID bumper guard to replace by current bull bar.
