I actually went into work today with the flu... it's the 4th day so it's (almost) not contagious, but I wore a respirator and gloves all day to be safe, feeling much better this evening!

You can’t teach idiots who refuse to learn. Sometimes the best way to help them out is to help them OUT.

Things. Stuff. Lots of bad decisions.
    Mostly Zip-Ties

As I got closer to the end of my term, the new guys coming in were just... shitty. I was an NCO and on the first day in our shop, the newest boot's first words to me ever were "what up, dog". There's no way he couldn't see my rank, we were in our desert uniform. Hoping to make an example of him and square away the others I was having issues with, I lit him up on the spot for it and gave him a laundry list of extra duties.

Not sure when the Marines Corps started to get soft, somewhere around 2008 maybe 2009, but I can only imagine how different it is today.

If it were me, I wouldn't bend over backwards for them unless I was sure they'd do it for me. Our military needs brothers, not dead weight. Let the unmotivated and un-dedicated find the exit. Disgruntled troops are such a detriment to troop welfare and morale. I get that some have received the unlubed shaft a bunch and have every right to be pissed off about it, but that negativity can spread like the plague without good leadership to keep it in check.

Oh yea? You going with the OME's or something completely different?

I think so. Need to call @HeadStrong Off-Road to see what they have to say. I'm worried that that 887 and billies won't cut it with the weight of the bumper. Not sure if I want to do a winch too but that would put it all over 200 lbs if I did. Thinking 886 and OME 90021 would be better
