    While you certainly should of had better communication from them in this matter, 3 hours is not a lot of time to expect a Facebook response.

    When I sheared an All Pro slider mount bracket Tracy was very quick to send one my way at no charge by being contacted on this forum. So hopefully they take care of you.

    I’ve seen lots of for hire adds from them lately. They could be short staffed.

    Unfortunately, the OP isn't the only one having issues with them. I have been having the same problem except I have been waiting since July. When I have been able to get in touch with them, all I have gotten is the run around.

    I feel that. Have been having that same problem with Doug Thorley. Reminded them I've got more than one truck that needs shit and they started replying a little bit. Hopefully all this bad press will wake All Pro up
