I've always said that in this era the Pats are the Yankees of the football world, and being a Pats fan during an era of unprecedented success has made me slightly more sympathetic to the Yankees fans of the 90's. And that's coming from a Red Sox fan!
But seriously, everybody hated the Yankees back when I was in school, because they were a powerhouse. They dominated the sport for years, and every time they made it to another world series the whole country (other than the greater NY area) was rooting for whatever team they were playing. So I understand where the hatred for the Pats comes from, as somebody who grew up watching the Sox lose to the Yanks every. single. year.

Even though I don't like it; you all are just salty because your teams are worse than ours so stfu, lol.

Right, and then they "released" them, which is football speak for "fired" :notsure:

Not. They are the New England Patriots. They play out of a little town 40 minutes south of Boston called Foxboro MA
If he WAS born that way most people would say he cheats because of it. Lol
Kinda. Brady started the season as a 3rd stinger, got to be the back up before Bledsoe got hurt and kept the job even when Bledsoe got better.
Actually Brady got knocked out of the divisional round playoff game and Bledsoe had to come in to finish that game, then Brady came back for the SB and won it over the Rams

I don’t see it. Peyton doesn’t have the energy that a color commentator requires. That’s why Romo works even though he says some weird shit sometimes.

And that accent...no thanks. Watching him during a pregame analysis earlier this year was fine, but I wouldn't want to listen to him for an entire game.

Peyton should coach. Bengals need a new one. Not sure Cleveland ever had one.

Yeah, Peyton's drawl is so deep south it makes Chris Collinsworth sound like a Yankee.

And I get the impression that because of it he'd mispronounce SOOOO many of the stupid names players have now. Although that might be worth listening to.

There'd be an SNL skit about it and then it would just become cringe worthy.

Eh. I disagree. I HATE hearing women call games. Remember the game that woman (can’t remember her name...) called with Rex Ryan? My ears were bleeding.

Depends on the woman. I can't stand Erin Andrews and her voice, but Michele Tafoya is a professional who actually sounds like she knows what she's talking about without being an annoying shrew.

Based on all the complaints about the men you've named, we're less gender-biased than idiot-biased. Much like the old adage "those who can't do, teach" we are stuck with "those who can't play, talk incessantly to sound smart."
