    This is what chargebacks, whether through the CC company or paypal, are for. Enough of those and the payment processors will dump them.

    I ordered from All-Poo 14 years ago and got jacked arounder pretty bad. I promised myself I wouldn't do it again, but...

    Low Range had a good deal on their upper control arms, so I put an order in for then and several other things thinking Low Range would have them in stock. I recieved every other part but the control arms from Low Range and then a month later still no control arms. After hearing that they "will ship out early next week from All-Poo" several times I finally got the parts two months after ordering them. It wasn't really a surprise, but it still sucked and I will never order another part from them.

    There are quite a few Vendors on here that are not active or rarely frequent this forum. If they don't want to interact with our community why do they even have vendor status? Kinda defeats the purpose in my eyes.

    OP, has PP gotten back to you about the refund? I normally always use PP when possible because of situations like these. Paypal always gave me a week timeframe to allow the seller to make amends, but after that they were pretty straight forward about refunding and then dealing with the seller themselves. From other stories I have heard, Im bummed but not surprised this has happened due to how All Pro has been with others.
