Funny you mention that.... Apparently the snorkel business is slow these days.

Yup and the @allpro thread of how they f’d all the employees working for them in Montana (who relocated from different parts of the country to work for them) hasn’t even been posted yet!

Who tried to justify it? All Pro is clearly in the wrong. Just said I find people who spam call & message like a teenage girl annoying. I started a thread when I had issues with them as well. My point was that judging by the OP's behavior, I can see why someone wouldn't want to deal with him. That statement isn't taking away a seller's duty to fulfill their obligations or whatever you think it implies. Not sure why you're all worked up, friend.

Your statement sure came across as justifying allpros lack of response due to OPs consistent phone calls that went unanswered.

Is that really how it went down? That's pretty gross. I get the business is business aspect of it, but Jesus if you get people to relocate for employment with you only to close shop that's extra lame. Fuckery with delivering parts on time is one thing but screwing with someone's life is beyond shady.

    Stock....ish
Customer service was fine when I went in person to their shop in person(Montana) to pick up my expo springs but it's no excuse for what is happening to all these customers. Almost bought their 3rd gen bumper and when I tried giving them money the site was not letting me pay. I took that as a sign to not buy their product and went with cbi instead.

I still believe that was a sign with the whole bumper fiasco to go with someone else.

I second this, you have to be prepared for lead times to be extended.

Actually that's not accurate. When you can't manage you business and screw your employees over..., the result is a very low success rate at fulfilling customer's orders. Awful hard to run a successful business that way!

Im normally quite a patient guy when it comes to fabrication, but what really gets me going is the whole communication thing. They were consistent with answering calls and had no issue taking the time to express the continued delays, BUT when the customer goes in for a refund they get really hard to get a hold of? I would have let that shit fly for the exact maximum of the time period and then start the process with my CC/PP. Playing games like that can give off the inclination that the company might have other intentions then just a direct and expected refund.
