Yes it does. My guy wants me to re-assemble it then take it back for the wet sand and polish. He totally forgot to paint the inner drivers rocker too. So a few final jobs to do.

Stuff and things that make it better.
Regeared mine a month or two ago, really wasn't as hard as people make it out to be. Check out gearinstalls.com Zuk has a few documented or you could ship yours down to him. I'm in South SL if you need some questions answered also.

Between me and my buddy we’ve set up a few rear ends, but neither of us have opened up a clam shell.
Ive got the 90 degree extension for the dial indicator and some extra washer plates

Took myself and my good buddies @m3bassman and @Digiratus about 3 hours or so to drop the diff and gut it and reinstall.

Not my best trip report ever...actually probably the worst but can read it here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/alberta-bound-beyond.471624/

@Rockymtntacoma here is what happened during my install. Might be some useful tips. Mainly check out how Zuk told me to press in the inner bearing race on the inner pinion bearing in the clamshell. Kind of a bitch but doing this way made it work well.

Seriously would be nice, especially since it seems even more common one you regear/lock the front. Damn thing spits fluid all the time now.

I saw a S-Runner at the local dealer a year ago and they wouldn't sell it to me due to "Safety Issues". Couldn't even get them to tell me what the issue was. Few weeks later it saw it getting loaded onto a trailer with a few other vehicles. Guessing it was sent to an auction.

    Not howling.
    Not speed dependent.

Initially thought it was the KM2 but each tire rotation at Discount, the sound was still there.
Changed tires from worn ass KM2 to new MT/R, still there.
On a recent snow trip, squealing as tire rotates, increase in speed as I increase truck in speed.

    114k miles.
Right side spindle bearing was toast at 103K.

The way you've been describing it sounds like a wheel bearing to me too. My old 2001 Highlander had a wheel bearing go out. Drove on the bad bearing for weeks (months?) because I thought it was just a loose plastic panel (because I'm an idiot).

I would think a bad bearing would be putting out a lot more heat. If you have one of those infrared/laser temp guns, you could compare the temp of the hub around the 'new' passenger side bearing to the driver side one.

Well you guys are all experts so I have a few questions. I’m wanting to put a 3” lift on my truck which of these 2 are a better choice for ride comfort and last ability? And if I put a new lift like this on can I keep my old ucas or do I need to purchase new ones? And last question, with a 3” lift what is the biggest tire you can fit? I’m hoping for 33/12.5/16s.
