    This sounds ironically similar to what I had to deal with when I ordered my bed rack from them. Took twice as long as the said it would and lied to me multiple times that it had shipped. I understand that people oftentimes are only going to post if they have issues with a company. But it's good to know that they still haven't improved their customer service since I ordered from them almost 4 years ago...

    Yeah, I would hope so as well. I will say I am very pleased with my expo springs I got from them. That order was very quick, but I'm willing to bet that was only because they were sitting on a shelf rather than needing to be custom built by All Pro. I would consider buying manufactured parts through them, but will never buy another part that is fabbed by them again.
