I go to Toyota of Escondido. I don't recall the site (nor the exact price), but a google search will bring up tons of Toyota dealerships selling them.

These are 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers on the 4runner wheels, back when I was stock height.

What sliders are those? Bolt on or weld? Are they slick when they are wet, or can you use them as a step?

Yes, I had the 4Runner Pro wheels installed last week with 265/70/R17 BFG KO2s. I have no rubbing whatsoever on stock suspension. I haven't gone off road though.

Or you could have the dealership match that price and not pay $100 shipping. lol You'd still have to pay tax, but it would be far less than the $100, and then you don't have to lug the wheels over to have them installed.

Yep. I have a small lift now, but they cleared just fine when suspension was stock.

Sure, if your dealer is willing to do that, but mine wasn't. Even if they were, factoring in the tax I paid $44 more. I also wasn't purchasing the tires or having them installed at the dealer so I didn't have to make the extra trip there to pick them up.

If he can get a dealer to match the price then by all means, just providing him with another option.

Same here. I've approached my local about this on two different occasions. The first time I was given the whole 'how are we supposed to make money if we price match every online deal we hear?' I tactfully walked away. The second time I called, last week mind you, and was told they are not available at this time. I laughed and hung up.

@gunny1005 at Camelback Toyota will most likely get my business if I decide to go with these wheels.

Did you run that size on your stock wheels? I know the 4Runner wheels have a different offset, which pushes them out further just a bit.

Yup, all dealers are going to be different.

And yes, @gunny1005 is another great option for those of us who's dealers won't price match. I purchased a bed mat from him which is arriving today actually.

I'm getting push back from the installer saying that these tires are 3.2% larger and the variance has to be under 3% or it can mess up ABS, odometer, yadi yadi yada

Thanks. Toytec adjustable coilovers/5100s in front (lift = ~1", just enough to bring front & rear level), stock rear. After that picture was taken, I replaced the rear bump stops with Sumo Springs, which increased unladen ride height in the rear by about 5/8".

Nope, sorry. I upgraded everything at once so I can't speak to that setup.

CBI bolt on sliders without the kickouts. Yes they are slick when wet or with rubber boots but you can use 3m abrasive strips and stick them to the bars to give you a rougher surface. In the Navy we called them "non skid strips".

Yes you can use them as a step.
