FWP Fab Bed Rail Mounts

Quick wash & then I mounted my “x-bull” Amazon traction boards (95$) to your mounts. Thanks FWP for giving me the most inexpensive & easy way to mount my cheap boards.

yeah you have the lowered bed rails. Can you drill a mount hole an inch lower and try re attaching them to the rails? That may work. And you can mount the quick fists and "hook" side by side if you needed to.

Interested in a set of the high lift jack mounts without paint and hardware. My side rails are lower because I have a BakFlip cover. There is 5 1/2” space. Any chance the universal mounts can be cut down to that size keeping the original design?

Is there any chance you have shorter universal mounts? Going to start building some bed drawers soon and they might be coming up alittle higher than the top of the wheel wells

I picked it up from home depot. It's a wooden "d handle" spade shovel. ~25$ and I think it has a lifetime warrenty

 

Hey Matt, it seems that there are a few people that need shorter mounts because of the lowered bed rails.
I could make a shorter set but it would have a small lead time as they would be a special cut. I would also need to get some measurements so I could make sure they work. Really all I would need to know is how much the rails are lowered over stock and I could get something in the works.

I don't get enough requests to keep them in stock. I think you are maybe the 3rd or 4th person in a year to ask.

 

Hey Zac, I should be getting my universal mounts from you any day now. I’ll use them for measurements and take photos for you. My last measurement of the lowered re-positioned bed rails was 5 1/2” so I think anything shorter 5 1/4” should work and leave plenty of mounting platform.

 

Sweet I appreciate that as I don't know anyone with lowered bed rails to measure/test on.

@justyr1 Bed rail mounts for accessories and hi-lift. you'll need to order the QuickFists for whatever you want to mount, though.

 

Sounds good man. I'm not quite ready for the bed accessory stuff quite yet. But good to have this and the other thread tagged. I want to get at least a softopper before I start attaching things to the inside of the bed.
