So what you're saying is.........California is so "out there" that if you get caught crop dusting in public, they will arrest you for causing cancer?

    FYI-- About CA:

CA actually has a bottom up type state constitution- supposed to be a good thing. Most states, including SC is top down (although still has elections, of course...) CA constitution allow "Propositions" to be submitted to become a ballot initiative- by anybody. Just need requisite number of signatures for submission.

Unfortunately what this has turned into is any/every special interest group gets something put on a ballot and the entire state votes on it! Mega amounts of money pour into the ballot initiative campaigns- "Propositions". Once passed, the new proposition/law effects 30+million people! Lawyers love this and recent/current CA government coerces/uses this as a tool. Proposition 65 is about slapping nearly everything with a cancer warning. Lawyers like to sue companies for awards and compliance.

@dan0mite @itaro @uhplifted @Lord Helmet If I am wrong- or if there is more to add- please chime in!

Want some irony?? Due to century+ water rights laws in CA- most water for agriculture is privatized!

Ever been in a total hip replacement case???

If the pop from the surgeon/first assist dislocating the leg from the hip socket doesn't get you- perhaps reaming out the femur will!
