if your going with a 3" lift its a maybe on the new uca's. and in my opinon i would think the ome lift will be a good choice. as of tires depends on backspacing and tread style

People seem pretty split on the bilstein 5100 vs OME shocks. However, from what I've read, people like the OME springs/coils much more than the toytec coils. But that is just what I have read. Maybe somebody else can speak more from experience.

well they don't make a 33/12.5r16...so kiss that dream good bye. A 295 is about as close as you can get and its a lot taller and you will have to cut a lot and hammer a lot to make them fit.

You should get new UCAs to get a better alignment, but not required at first...but will be for 3'' lift to get a good alignment really.

annnd....don't get a 3'' lift. Its bad for the CV boots and other joints. 2'' is ideal for the front end of these trucks geometery.

So id' pass on both of those kits. Unless you have a heavy front bumper, skids, and winch already.

Yesterday, I replaced the old, disintegrating shift boot that was on the truck when I bought it. Originally, I bought a piece of shit shift boot from ebay, but the wire frame at the base of the shift boot was thicker than the OEM one, and would not snap back into the plastic base. Lesson learned. I ended up finding a new(er) OEM shift boot with the plastic base on Ebay.

Only problem was that when I went to install, the shift knob would not twist off. I am pretty sure the previous owner epoxied that bitch on there. So I had to make a cut along the seam of the shift boot and sew it back together myself. It ain't pretty, but fuck it.

    yeah, thats a 305.

which works out to about a tallish 32x12.

Its a metric tire size though, thats jut what it "converts" too. Notice at the top it has the /equivalent size.

And due to the very dumb way tire sizes work out...its not a real 33x12.5. It won't be the same size as a 33x12.5r15.

That said, its still a very wide tire so your going to have to cut a hammer a lot.

http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com...il-Overs-955-04-Taco-96-02-4Runner_p_994.html this is what i have in the front. ran with stock UCA's for a year and went through a set of ko2's at 265/75/16 and they were close to rubbing at full lock at 2" lift. in the rear im running All-Pro expo leafs springs with 12" travel billies 5125's. your going to defiantly want new UCA's unless you want bald front tires in 6-8 months.

Sorta just being a dork but I always disliked the huge pillow airbag steering wheel the taco comes with so this is on the way now...
