    You are definitely right. I'm not saying that's the only way to get a hold of them, but that is how I've been doing it lately. They are active on there and it is a quick way to get questions answered. All other forms of communication I've used with them have worked out as well.

    Social Media Coordinator is actually a very real position for many companies right now, we have one at the clothing company I work for (corporate headquarters) and it's a full-time salary position starting at $48k/year.

    I admit, it used to sound dumb to me too but with all the social platforms there are now, and how active people are on them, it makes a lot of sense. The girl we have doing it had to get interns to help her with it. Takes a lot of new and constant content updates to stay relevant on most social platforms. Not just lazy status updates either, I'm talking actual content related to the business (creative marketing/photography/video/design/etc.).
