    You are correct. Social media is one of the best marketing outlets there is. A lot of younger people use it over email or phone calls. Every business should have a social media presence.

    Exactly. Social media has a huge outreach, and it's so easy to engage with customers and potential customers through it but at the rate everything moves on most social platforms, if you aren't consistently reaching out and engaging with new and innovative content, you fall through the cracks (or get beat by your competitors doing better things). It may sound trivial to some, especially people that scoff at the idea of Facebook and the like, but the reality is that most of the world is connected through their social platforms and if you want to run a competitive business and watch it grow, you need to embrace it.
