    I emailed them today about getting shipping info on my hitch i ordered. they got back to me quickly but just said they would get back to me. I asked if they could just provide a tracking number and she said she could do it tonight. I hope I actually get it.

    I go through this same shit with customers. You do know when you do this they have to sit and go through the multiple messages for 1 customer that leaves this many messages and this prolonged the response since your not the only one doing this. I understand your upset and rightfully so but that many calls for 1 person imagine if 10 customers did that then that’s over 100 calls to sort for just 10 people. Have you tried a certified letter maybe? Other option I guess would be to request a new part and message them as a question for a new item where they don’t know you.
