Splash guards precut

Interesting @Bulldogs129 post #12 of pg 1 on this thread has a couple install pics where he was able to utilize all pre punch/ pre existing holes shown below


Driver side guard, circled above is 1 hole in question regarding @dorkknights install.

Question is,
Is access to this hole blocked off?

Can anyone chime in on this after they install?

Nothing occupying that hole on mine. Still need to install them of course.

 

It’s the other side that had the whole.

 

This is the drivers side as requested by cnote4l. You referring to the pass side?

 

My bad. Don’t check things right after you wake up from a nap you didn’t know you were taking...

 

Light Racing uppers. Just put them on a couple weeks ago.

 

All of my control arm bushings were shot. Replaced the UCAs and replaced lower bushings. I only have about 1 1/2” - 2” lift on the front. I like the idea of having the flexibility that these offer. I don’t plan on doing any hardcore off roading, so no need for uniball joints. If I do ever go higher, these will already be installed.

Would I be the second that gets free mounting clips for the 1st gen set?

Does the set come with extra mounting clips? Unlike the 2nd gen, the 1st gen oil filter is hidden behind the splash guard and the stock clips break and/or wear out from removing them. I have a bag of spare OEM ones, but it seems like I would want your stronger ones with these heavier duty ones.

 

Those 3 sold already man but shoot me a PM I'll hook it up thru the site. Our mounting clips are also able to handle numerous removals, far more durable then OEM. Also, no extra spare clips included just what you need to get the job done
