    I too am having problems with All-pro, except I have been trying to claim warranty on my broken pair of Expo Leaf Springs, I contacted them on Dec 12, 2017 and they keep giving me excuses that Tracy is out of office, and now I havn't been getting any replys since the 2nd.

    The bottom line is, The TW Staff has a responsibility to you guys to make sure that a vendor isn't screwing you guys over. We don't care how large or small they are. If there is an issue, we will step in, and help if we can. If there is multiple isues, we'll investigate further. But if it becomes routine THEN......well.....its a secrete.......but stay tuned and see what happens NEXT time on....as the TW turns.......
