Kind of a weird response, considering the owner is Tracy's husband.

I too had a problem at first. I ordered a rack unwelded and received two lefts bases. They did offer to send one out the other one immediately, but then forgot to ship out the next day. They didnt offer overnight/rush so I had to wait an additional week.

The Tacomaworld Staff are not in support of parts that fall off and kill people, nor vendors who sell these parts.

RC nerf bars, OME 887's, 5100's, Allpro Expo Leaf pack. Patches for extra 5HP!
I don’t really expect a call back or email response from allpro on my order anymore. They shipped the big ticket item out relatively quickly. My attempt now will be for a refund of the shocks and u bolts. I went with @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc for those instead. Ordered mid day today, was messaged directly about the all pro flip kit issues they are having with allpro as well, offered me a solution, and I just received my shipment notification. That’s how business should be done. Huge shout out to @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc again.

Pretty sure this is the biggest vendor review thread to ever hit TW.
