What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

New exhaust? My TRD system took less time to R&R than jacking it up to put on and off stands. The smell is normal, any oils from your hands, tape from packaging, etc is getting heated up and burning off.
What brand?

 

I got it off of Ebay, $59.00, red pinstripe from Auto Zone.

 

Removed the TRD stickers from the bed, Next up, blacking out all the chrome.

 

I think is gonna be a must have for me. With either the optional white or the red grips as I have a white 18 pro heading my way end of February. Already compiling a to do list!

 

No I went MBRP. Didn’t even use jacks just had to move the spare!! Lesson learned

If you are referring to the May '17 hail storm, everything dented... My insurance paid for a new one and I sold the old one that only had 3 dents in it.

 

I had two tacos and two toppers i like this one i know its very quiet to open and close

What’s your take on the MBRP? I keep adding it to my basket but can’t get the nerve to pull the trigger. Lol.

 

Can you tag me in some pictures when you get yours? Curious what the differences are. Dealer tried to sell me the ‘18 but I really wanted the 17 because I already knew what it looked like and I read there was some differences between them. Maybe not I could be wrong. I thought I also read the 18 may come in diesel..

 

I have the mbrp cat back, and I like it. It has a little drone to it sometimes, but it’s not to bad. And yeah, that smell will go away a day or two after driving. I’d look the muffler over though, mine has a small hole in one of the welds on the bottom.

 

I went in for my 10k service last week and waited 4 hours from the time they put the truck in the bay. And thats with an appointment smh

 

Finally got my front camera wired up yesterday. I have to program it for the auto turn on feature but I don't know if I really want that. I just got this so I don't tap the pole at Sheetz or end up 4 feet from it. My scoop is sexy but gets in the way.
