it was fantastic, my daughter ate almost half of mine; a few more bites from her and I would have been ready to fight haha. I'm doing up some more sunday night and havin my sister and her husband over and maybe one other couple, and I hope they are half as good as the ones I cooked last night

 

I've never been a fan of pan seared steaks. I'd much rather have them grilled.

 

yeah don't get me wrong, I'm with you on a grill, but its just so much easier for 2 steaks to throw em in some cast iron and call it done, rather than wait for charcoal to be ready to only use it for like 5 mins. I may grill those steaks sunday night since I'm doing 6
