Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
    I was looking to pull the trigger on some of their Expedition Leaf springs. I emailed them two days ago asking about the wait time and Tracy said they’d ship as soon as I put my order in. That ain’t hattinin’ now...Not after this thread!

    Even if it was in stock/ready to ship as she told me I wouldn’t give them my business, to me it’s about customer service. I read reviews before I buy anything and if the company has piss poor customer service I’ll bring my business elsewhere. I’m also looking to buy UCA’s, I’m choosing Total Chaos because people are always raving about how good their customer service is.

    That's KRAZY she would say something like that???!!! But, YET, NOT reply back or refund or come on here to somehow "defend themselves" in some manner??? I'm pretty sure if they had come on here EARLIER, now is most definitely too late, but if they had come on here, the most people, I'm sure, would have possibly given them the benefit of the doubt?!
