    Three words:

    separate accounts
    prenup

Money is one of the big reasons for marital strife, and the first two words removes 95% of that. The last word protects yo' ass if it doesn't.

Stay tuned to this channel for details of meets. We're extremely active and meet at least once a month at Cars and Coffee Austin. 0700ish show time, and we eat like cholesterol is some made-up thing doctors use to scare bad people.
THAT is a bit of a commute.

In my experience, Fed Ex usually drops packages off at wrong locations a lot of the time and will take them days to figure out what happened but UPS is always late or pull that same stuff where the package will be "delayed" due to whatever reason they don't want to tell you for. :crapstorm:

Renting doesn't seem all that bad now lol. I am paying $1080 all bills paid for my apartment and now we are going to be splitting a house come March and would bring down my total bills for living under $1025/mo...at least thats the plan with the budget we set.

Hey, im back! Been cooped up in the hospital for the last 4 days for issues that took me to the ER last monday and they said it was acid reflux and sent me home. WTG St. Davids ER SMH. Long story short it wasnt. It was more like Kidney infection, super inflamed lymph nodes and hmmm... oh yea fluid in my lungs and fluid build up around this little thing call my Heart. Found out I have an Auto Immune Disease which could have been worse. Anyways gotta take it easy for awhile so got a nice cabin at Inks Lake with the wife to rest and do some night fishing this weekend. Just a note fellas take care of yourselves no matter your age or how healthy you think you are. If you feel like things aren't feeling right then get checked and follow it with a second opinion.

That's short term, though. Homes in my neighborhood are now selling in the low $400K range. I bought at roughly half that. That's value that renting can't equate to because it provides equity to me and not someone else.

Basically, think of it as getting 95% of whatever you pay back when you're no longer renting.

Can't beat owning your own home.

Holy crap! Glad you're better, take it easy, and enjoy the cabin.
