    It's only 8:30 and I'm ready to start ripping faces off. Took me half an hour to walk this woman to our website :facepalm:
    She needs new wheels but is INCREDIBLY picky, tried using her phone to search for the first 15 minutes. Every wheel I show her she doesn't like and she's only telling me "I want them more offset I don't like the spokes to look like a bicycle" ... Finally she's all "maybe the computer would be easier" no shit! I asked you to do this 10 minutes ago! Ah anyways, 20 minute mark and I'm still trying to get her to our website, she thinks I have no idea what I'm doing, she asks "how do I make it so it's shows me things for my vehicle"

    So since she asked I had to say "if you go to the top right corner of our website you'll see "select year, select make, select model"
    UH YAAA I see that I'm asking how do I make it so my vehicle is picked?!

    25 minutes to get to this point...

    Finally at 30 minutes when I show her where all the filters are to pick "20 inch wheels" and "chrome" she goes I'll start looking through and call you back.

    For the last 20 minutes I've had EVERY 20" chrome wheel in a cart ready to show her but she was too busy flapping her stupid face to listen.

    God I hope I don't get her on the phone when she calls ... back...




    OMG she's calling back... as I'm typing this!


    "So if I click on chrome and it shows me a wheel in black does that mean chrome is out of stock?"
    - Most likely, I can check for you, whats the name of the wheel?
    "Oh uh yeah I don't know well how about this one, 435 Flux?" - this wheel is completely opposite of what she's been asking for this whole time :facepalm:

    blah blah blah discount tire...

    We've now doubled back to a wheel only available in black we looked at on the first call.
    "Is this in chrome?" Nope... only black.
    "Well how about in silver?" Still only black...

    "Well what else do you have?" - bear in mind she keeps asking for cheaper -
    I have a few other options to show you, but the price keeps going up from here. The next wheel is ###...

    "This is black! I told you I want chrome!"
    It's available in chrome as well...

    "This one is more expensive! I told you I wanted cheaper wheels!"
    "I'm just going to keep looking"

    "How do I add wheels to my shopping cart? It won't let me add anything" :bananadead::bananadead::bananadead::bananadead::bananadead:

    12 minutes in...

    "How do I get these wheels cheaper? OH and do you have Michelin tires?"
    - I can discount them- Nope, that's the price for these. We do not carry Michelin tires.

    "You're supposed to be anything auto and you don't carry tires? Wow that's embarrassing for you! ha huh ha huh ha ha huh. Well I'll keep looking around! - click" 16 minutes later lol
