YWMV, clear in some places, raining in others as storm cells pass. That's what I heard.

They can only predict the weather for us. Sometimes the government plains leave to late or have mechanical issues that delay the weather when the spray us.

For rainy days the myradar app is ok for tracking cells as they approach. The delay is only about 15 minutes which is enough time for the radar to register a cell off the coast. The app plays a gif of 1 hour that gets updated every 15 minutes or so.

Well 100 mile east of you we have bright clear skies too. Most of the storm went north of here apparently: 0.5" snow at 4000'

Anyone every use the QRZ site for a ham practice test? It's freaking awesome. Keeps all the tests you have done and starts you off where you left off.

I printed out the full question pool pdf and highlighted all the answers the night before. Then in the truck before the test I skimmed the sections that are tough (the maths ones). The test is then a subset of the question pool with the answers in a different order. semi photographic memory can pass and never remember shit later on, but it is enough to use a ham radio improperly in a truck.

The apps just slowly run you through the question pool, same with the classes.

I totally forgot them. I know right where that's at. Been there with a sober driver twice. I will have to go hit it.

I love it the hotter the better.

Then I regret and pay dearly the next morning and swear I’ll never do hot again.
